1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Al Qaswaa Travel website and the booking of any Hajj or Umrah package with us. By creating an account, submitting an enquiry or reserving a package you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate personal details that match your passport. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that contain false information or are used improperly.

3. Bookings and eligibility

A booking is only confirmed once we have issued a written confirmation and received the required deposit. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and may change until your booking is confirmed.

Hajj packages are currently available to Bangladeshi passport holders only. Saudi authorities and the Nusuk platform set the final quota, visa and eligibility rules, which are outside our control.

4. Payments

Deposits and balance payments must be made by the dates stated in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Bank fees, currency fluctuations and third-party charges are not included unless stated in your package inclusions.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel and on the terms of airlines, hotels and Saudi service providers. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

We may need to change flights, hotels or itineraries for reasons beyond our control. We will notify you promptly and offer the closest reasonable alternative.

6. Documents and travel requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, required vaccinations and any additional documentation requested by Saudi authorities. We may upload receipts, visas and other documents to your account for your records.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every pilgrim.

7. Conduct during the journey

Pilgrims are expected to follow group instructions, local laws and the guidance of Saudi authorities. We may decline to carry any person whose behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts the group, without refund.

8. Liability

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and ground operators and are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
