Passport-style photo
Recent, clear, plain background. Resize to 200×200 pixels if the upload fails.
Active email address
You will need to verify it with a code.
Mobile number
An SMS verification code is sent to this number.
Stable internet connection
Uploads can time out on a weak connection — use Wi-Fi where possible.
Step by step
🧭 How to register on Nusuk

Visit hajj.nusuk.sa and click “Start Registration”
Use the official Nusuk Hajj portal only. Never register through a third-party link.

Select “Individual Pilgrims”
This is the correct path for pilgrims travelling from Australia.

Choose your country of residence
Select Australia — not your country of birth or passport.

Upload your documents
Two uploads are required:
- 📘 Passport bio page
- 🖼️ Passport-style photo (if the photo fails, resize it to 200×200 pixels using any online tool)

Enter your personal details exactly as on your passport
Letter-for-letter, including middle names. Do not abbreviate or reorder names.

Verify your email and phone
Enter the codes sent to you. Check spam folders if the email does not arrive.

Create a secure password
Save it — you will need it to add family members later.

Review everything carefully, then submit
Corrections after submission can be slow, so check every field before you press submit.
Travelling together
👨👩👧 Adding family members
- 1. Log in to your Nusuk account.
- 2. Go to My Family → Add a New Family Member.
- 3. Enter their email address and verify it.
- 4. Complete their details exactly as you did for your own registration.
Each family member needs their own valid passport and photo. Mahram requirements still apply for women travelling for Hajj.
Get these right
⚠️ Details you must enter correctly
🛂 Passport validity
- • Must be valid past January 2028
- • Renew before registering — a renewed passport means re-entering details
🎂 Date of birth
- • Must match your passport exactly
- • Watch day/month order when typing
📝 Full name accuracy
- • Must match your passport letter-for-letter
- • Include middle names if present
- • No nicknames or shortened spellings
Even one incorrect digit or spelling can cause visa or ticketing delays.
What happens next
📬 After you register
- 📩 Nusuk sends a confirmation email and SMS.
- 🔍 Your information is reviewed by the Ministry.
- ✔️ Your profile then shows “Verified Pilgrim” once approved.
Being a Verified Pilgrim means you are officially eligible to purchase a Hajj 2027 package when sales open.
